Instructions to Reviewers
- Individuals interested in serving as reviewers for IPSA IMRJ are invited to submit their resumes, along with evidence of a proven track record of paper publications in Scopus, ABDC, or other renowned listed journals.
- Reviewers will undergo an interview with the Dean of Research and the Director-Principal of IMRJ.
- Each manuscript will be assigned to two reviewers according to the publication schedule.
- Initial feedback from reviewers is requested within 10-15 days, adhering to the specified format.
- Revised papers will be sent back to reviewers for final review.
- Reviewers may be required to re-review a manuscript previously assessed, as necessary.
Peer-Review Policy:
- Reviewer and author identities will remain confidential to each other at all times.
- Number of reviewers per paper: Two (experts in the respective field)
- Role of Reviewer: To evaluate the paper in accordance with the journal’s guidelines and reputation, with a focus on maintaining research quality.
Publication Policy:
- Acknowledge receipt of submitted papers according to schedule.
- Forward papers to two reviewers without disclosing authors’ names and affiliations.
- Collect reviewers’ reports in the specified format.
- Share Reviewer Feedback with authors, requesting necessary revisions within one week.
- Resend modified papers to the same reviewers for final feedback.
- If a paper is rejected by both reviewers, authors will be notified accordingly.
- Authors of finalized papers must submit a duly-signed scanned copy of the ‘Declaration-cum-Copyright Form’ within two days.
- Only papers meeting the conditions, including receipt of the ‘Declaration-cum-Copyright Form,’ will be made available online.
- Authors may contact the Editor within three days to address any remaining discrepancies.
- Finalized papers will be sent to press for initial proof of publication.
- The Editor will provide authors with the first proof of the paper for feedback within two days.
